Welcome to The Nurmi Isles Home Owners Association, Inc.
Dr. Victor Nurmi, a pioneer developer and architect in Fort Lauderdale during the 1940s, envisioned creating a luxurious and serene waterfront community that would later be known as Nurmi Isles. Often heralded as the "Venice of America," Nurmi Isles is a testament to his vision, featuring picturesque isles—Fiesta Way, Nurmi Drive, and Royal Palm Drive—each boasting elegant homes, lush landscapes, and serene waterways.
Our voluntary Home Owners Association is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors, comprising three volunteer representatives from each of our three isles. These committed individuals work to ensure that our neighborhood remains a safe and wonderful place to live, fostering a sense of community and maintaining the high standards of our idyllic waterfront surroundings.
Nurmi Isles is not only known for having some of the most expensive homes in South Florida. The neighborhood's real estate market features luxurious properties with median home prices around $5.69 million, making it a prestigious and sought-after area within Fort Lauderdale. Homes here offer a blend of architectural styles, waterfront views, and upscale amenities, contributing to its status as one of the county's prime locations for affluent living
Welcome to our neighborhood, where the beauty of our environment is matched only by the strength of our community.
